💳 Payment & refund policy

• Prepaid only: $150 per 3 months or $500 per year, upfront
• No monthly billing: renew at the end of your prepaid period

Membership levels

Contributor (Franklin T10 hotspot) — not recommended. 4G-only hardware being phased out by carriers, and your account is permanently tied to the device.

Sustainer (MiFi X PRO 5G hotspot) — $750 first year, $500/yr renewal. A decent 5G hotspot for a few devices, but your account is locked to the hardware forever.

Sprout BYOD (SIM only) — our choice. $500/year ($41.67/mo) or $150/quarter. Unlimited 5G/4G data, works with any compatible router, and you can switch hardware anytime.
